General admission tickets are $39.99, with VIP Fast Pass options available for $49.99.
5. Is Hotel Hell suitable for children?
No, Hotel Hell is designed for mature audiences and is only those aged 18 and up may enter due to the intensity of the experience. No one under 18 will be admitted, even with an adult.
6. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is free parking available on-site. However, spaces are limited, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
7. Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can be purchased at the door if the event is not sold out. However, we highly recommend buying tickets online in advance to guarantee your spot and avoid long wait times.
8. What safety precautions are in place?
We take safety very seriously. Security personnel will be present, and we follow all local health guidelines. No weapons, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. Hotel Hell is also equipped with emergency exits.

For the safety of our actors and the enjoyment of all guests, photography and recording are not allowed inside the attraction. We encourage you to capture memories with your friends outside of Hotel Hell.
10. Are there any refunds if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another date, depending on availability. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Comfortable shoes are recommended, as you will be walking through various themed rooms and sometimes uneven terrain. Please dress for the weather, as some sections of the attraction are outdoors. Costumes are allowed, but no masks or props that could be mistaken for weapons.
